Co-Founder and COO
Frank Sicoli is a veteran media executive who was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and now lives in Los Angeles CA. With over 20 years of international and domestic experience in business development. Sicoli has managed and directed, established and start-up ventures transcending all forms of media. Frank hung out his own production shingle REP Inc. in 1991, promoting and marketing within the entertainment and music industry. Since then, he has founded 3 companies, WAS Productions Inc., 4 Entertainment Group and Choice Studios Group.
Dominic Sciullo has spent over 35 years in the broadcasting industry. His career has taken him worldwide in the development of on air personnel and production facilities and studios from Brazil to Barcelona. Dominic has been credited with creating the “selﬁe” as Canadas ﬁrst videographer back in 1988. He has produced numerous long and short format programs for several Canadian networks from CTV to Citytv. Dominic has overseen several studio builds and has a wealth of relationships in both the television and ﬁlm industry across Canada

Barry Rosen is a respected member of the entertainment industry with over 25 years in both creative and business executive positions in movies, music and television. His company 4entertainment group has compiled a slate of 10 proprietary commercial motion picture projects for financing and production over the next 5 years.
Bruce Reilly has been a managing partner at Reilly Black LLP for over 30 years and is recognized as a member of numerous Board of Directors.
David Sersta has worked with some of Canada’s foremost leading event brands such as The Power Within as VP Business Development and The Learning Annex of Canada as Partner (co-owner) and National Director from 1989 to 2001. David co-produced the ﬁrst ever We Day with Free The Children and The Montreal Millennium Summits.

David M. Gruen
Blake Steels led the team as President at Pinewood Toronto Studios, Toronto’s premiere ﬁlm studio offering, through a difﬁcult transition from the failure of Filmport to proﬁtability. Fully engaged the sales and marketing team to bring in the largest ﬁlms and television series shot in Toronto including: Suicide Squad, Star Trek – Discovery, Molly’s Game, XXX, Downsizing, The Expanse, and The Strain. Re-energized the operations team to guarantee that these clients received the best in-class experience they deserved while shooting in Toronto and ensured that they wanted to return with their next project.
Mark Desbiens is responsible for the implementation of all Engineering Projects including studio builds for CBC English Services across the country and at the Toronto Broadcast Center.
